Microsoft Surface Pro 5 coming May 23rd ?

Leaked specifications, teases on twitter and more! Microsoft could be announcing the Surface Pro 5 on the 23rd of May. There is no official launch date but with some investigating we know there to be reason to get excited!

The Redmond-based company recently announced that there is going to schedule an event on March 23rd in Shanghai where it will “show the world what’s next.”

Microsoft’s Panos Panay tweeted about the May 23rd event on Twitter referencing the surface, “#Surface” hashtag meaning that we might see the new Surface Pro 5 at the event.

Not long ago Microsoft had an event in New York where the company introduced the new Windows 10S along with the Surface laptop. This event might just be the same thing with the announcing the new Surface Pro 5 and showing off the new Windows 10 Creators update we spoke about in an earlier blog.

Rumors suggest the new Surface Pro 5 is expected to come with Intel Kaby Lake processor with up to 16Gb of RAM, improved cameras, a new surface pen and USB Type C ports.

Anyone who was holding out for the new Microsoft Surface, get excited because it looks like the time is almost here!
